What we do not do
We do not appraize, buy, sell, broker, service or repair anything we hold. Each of those creates an interest in what you own, and a custodian with an interest in the collection is not a neutral one.
We store, document, log and release on your authority. That is the whole service and it is deliberately limited.
Why documentation is the product
A safe deposit box holds things as securely as we do. What it does not do is record what is inside, photograph it, note its condition, log who came and went, or give your insurer and your attorney something they can use.
At claim, at probate and at division, that record is the difference between an asset and an argument.
Usable access, deliberately
The most secure arrangement is one nobody can use, and a client who finds access difficult quietly starts keeping things at home instead. That is a worse outcome than the inconvenience it avoided.
So access is by appointment, items are retrieved ahead of time, and the process is designed to survive contact with an ordinary life.
